Charlotte with strawberries

ingredients:

14-16 pcs cookie
800 g strawberries
150 g of powdered sugar
50 ml of water
½ lemon
12 sheets of beef gelatin
600 ml cream

For the garnish:
1 Whipped cream

Preparation:

1 Strawberries clean, wash and drain well, and puree them in a blender and mix.
2 Add the powdered sugar, lemon juice, water and melted gelatin and mix well with whipped cream.
3 oblong mold pan baking paper on the bottom and pour some cream with brownie-sides agree. Then in the middle pour the rest of the cream and place in refrigerator to chill.

Prepared cream, remove from the mold, put the  platter and garnish with whipped cream.

Advice

Charlotte can prepare and with other fruits: cranberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc. Color fruit will determine the color of Charlotte.
